1. We ask a deposit of 30% for most projects. This allows us to purchase materials and begin work. Deposit amount may vary based on the expense of materials needed for your project.

2. After your deposit, you will automatically be invoiced at a rate of $50/month until your piece is paid for.

3. You can choose a faster or slower rate of payment, depending on your circumstances. We will negotiate this when you place your bespoke order. We never want price to be the reason you can’t access your dream item.

4. New customers: we ask that your order is completely paid before we ship your item(s)

5. Returning customers: we may be able to ship certain rush items before your bill is paid completely, because we know you and love you (please inquire about rush payment plans). Priority will be placed on special occasion items with a hard deadline. We will still need a deposit based on materials expenses to begin work.

All At Once

Of course, you are always welcome to pay for your piece all in one go.

We love this. We encourage it.

But, we will never require this.

Our mission is to serve under-served bodies and communities. While we are dedicated to paying our artist a fair living wage, we are also very aware that the marginalized identities we serve may also be at an economic disadvantage when seeking bespoke garments. Please always contact us with payment plan questions, and we will do our utmost to design a plan that works for you.

You know how, sometimes, the car in front of you pays for your coffee order?

Most of us need coffee on the daily, but some of us also truly need a perfect garment. Due to health, economic access, temporary bad luck - there are many reasons why someone might be in need of a special piece, but unable to acquire one.

At checkout, you will be asked if you wish to make a one-time or monthly donation with your payments. You may also donate if you are not buying from us at this time.

These donations will ONLY go toward creating bespoke pieces for community members without access. We hope to be able to make several pieces a year at low or no cost.

Priority will be given to once-in-a-lifetime events, such as weddings or spiritual ceremonies. Priority will also be given to pieces that aid in authentic gender expression, and the alleviation of gender dysphoria, mobility aids or other health concerns.
